Life is full of beauty.
Notice the bumble bee, the small child, and the smiling faces.
Smell the rain and feel the wind.
Live life to the fullest.

The collective expertise, wisdom and experience of the Comox Valley Hospice Society Board of Directors, Staff and Volunteers provides a community resource for individuals, families and organizations.

We are honoured to provide support to our community and we welcome inquiries and special requests from those seeking information, education and support on any issues that arise when one is healthy; when care needs change; or when a death occurs.

Wherever possible we endeavor to provide education and support services that enhance people’s understanding, awareness and experience with issues related to a life threatening illness, dying, caregiving and grieving.

Please contact our office at 250-339-5533 to request a speaker, further information, or support for organizations or individuals.

Why Advance Care Planning is important

“It always seems too early… until it’s too late.”

Comox Valley Hospice Society offers advance care planning workshops and guidance to help people have the important conversations with loved ones about personal health care wishes. This gift to your loved ones is beneficial if you are ever unable to speak for yourself and you want YOUR voice to be heard.
