Gentle Walks for Grieving Hearts is a weekly walking group for those who would like to combine a walk at the Courtenay Airpark and an opportunity for gentle socializing with others who have experienced a loss. The group is facilitated by CVHS volunteers who accompany the group on a walk, and then host participant led discussion with light refreshments in the CVHS Family Room at Ocean Front Village. Weekly attendance is not required, but RSVPs are appreciated as our meeting space is limited. The group meets at 10am in front of Ocean Front Village, and coffee time is usually 11-12pm.
