Grief 101 is a free information series about grief and loss. This is the third module in the 3 part series titled “GriefCompanioning and Supporting Others” although the sessions can be attended in any order.
In this session participants learn about the process of grief and mourning, and how to be a companion to others who are going through these difficult transitions.
